Returns

We hope you will be happy with your product but understand that sometimes you may change your mind. That's why you have 28 days to return any unwanted items to us. Any returned items must be in perfect condition and in the original packaging.

If you return your items within the 28-day period, we'll process a full refund back to your original payment method.

• Returns must include all accessories
• Items must include original packaging
• For non-quality related refunds the buyer is responsible for shipping costs
• Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements

The above returns policy refers to change of mind only and does not affect the statutory rights you have as a consumer.

How do I return an item?

Please email Krafted customer support hello@kraftedtech.com to initiate a return. Please state the reason for return and provide the order number so that we can send you the returns address.

How long does it take to get a refund?

Refunds will be issued once the item arrives at our warehouse. The refund will be credited back using the same method as when your initial order was made. Processing time typically takes 5-7 working days from receipt.

Returns for Quality-Related Issues

All quality-related defects on items sold directly by Krafted are covered by an extensive warranty, starting from the date of purchase for 12 months.

For quality-related warranty claims, items will be replaced. Where a replacement is not available Krafted will offer a refund.
